Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 5-7 working days.

During busy periods, launches, or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Shipping times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of our control.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the delivery location and order size.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
