Returns & Refund Policy

I hope you love your Cricket Widow Club items as much as I do. However, if something isn’t quite right, I am more than happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition you received them
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

 

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at livstylelifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return. We will then provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
